Cooling Fan Stand for Nintendo Wii

Wii Cooling Fan with Controller and Disk Holder - This 4-in-1 cooling fan stand serves as a cradle for your Wii gaming system. The center of the stand is designed to rest the Wii console itself. Near the rear of the slot is a vent that houses a built-in compulsive fan that is perfectly aligned with the vent on the bottom of the Wii console, so that it can moderate and keeps the system cool, preventing it from overheating. On the right hand side of the stand is a slot for your controller and on the left side are two slot (WICFSIM)
Customer Review: Wii Cooling Fan Stand... noisy but effective
I had noticed the CDs were burning hot when we changed games, so I got this Wii Cooling Fan Stand. I read several reviews on several similar products and they all had some reference to the noise. Since there did not seem to be a product cheap sony games there that was quite, I chose the one with a stand. This fan/stand met my expectations. I expected it to keep the unit cool, it does. I expected it to be noisy, it is. It does not interfere with the sounds of the games or conversation, but you can hear it while it is on. The only downside is the fan keeps running when the unit is in standby. To stop the fan you must completely power down the Wii unit.
Customer Review: it works but it is kind of loud
this works, looks very nice, has a pretty blue light but is a bit loud, not so loud that it interferes with the games but you know when it is running.
